How to add news articles and update the Team page yourself, in the Webflow Editor.
0 Logging in
Go to https://rpcholdings.com?edit (or open the invite link Webflow emailed you).
Sign in with your Webflow Collaborator account.
The Editor bar opens at the bottom of the live site. You edit the real site here — but nothing goes public until you click Publish.
1 Adding a news / press article
Articles live in a collection called Blogs. Each one becomes a card on the news page, tagged either
Company or Business.
In the Editor bar, open the menu and find the Blogs collection.
Click New Blog (or “Create new”).
Fill in the fields below, then click Create / Save.
Click Publish to push it live.
What goes in each field
Name The article title. The Slug fills in automatically — leave it.
Title Same as the headline (shown on the card).
Category Pick Company or Business. This is what the page filter uses.
Preview A 1–3 sentence summary shown on the card.
Placeholder The card image — a project rendering or the article’s lead photo.
Learn More The full URL to the original article. The card links here.
Date The article’s publication date.
Publication The outlet name (e.g. “Florida YIMBY”, “GrowthSpotter”).
Tip
Keep figures accurate to the source — the number in your headline should match what the outlet actually reported.
2 Editing the Team page
You can update people already on the page directly in the Editor:
Navigate to About Us → Team on the live site with the Editor open.
Change a name, title, or bio: click directly on the text and type. Click outside to confirm.
Change a photo: click the person’s image, then choose or upload a replacement.
Click Publish when done.
Adding or removing a team member
The team section is a fixed layout, not a list you can add rows to from the Editor. Adding a new person or removing
someone needs a quick design change — send the new person’s name, title, bio, and photo (or who to remove) to Andre
and it’ll be handled for you. Editing existing people is fully self-serve, as above.
3 Publishing
How changes go live
Edits save as you go, but only appear on the public site after you click Publish in the Editor bar.
Prefer a review first? Save your changes and let Andre publish.
